I am going to try to update this whenever I have new things to say. Maybe that means a big life change, or maybe something new that's occupying my mind, or maybe even just a new artist or song I've discovered.
This semester
Taking only 4 classes! Two are for my CS major (a philosophy class, and operating systems), one for my DS major (stats340), and an education policy class for my minor.
At this very moment, trying to figure out why I'm still in school (operating systems discussion is not fun :/ )
Figuring out how to make the Wisconsin AI Safety Initiative (WAISI) better!
Figuring out how to continue sidequesting. This was actually a highlight of my summer, and something I need to carry on. A very wise friend gave me the advice to just do things and say yes to them, this is my goal for this semester.
Exec board (and aux board and recruitment team) for my sorority, Delta Phi Omega Sorority, inc. Some friends and I started the UW-Madison charter of it last semester, and now, we're trying to recruit so people can continue it as we graduate.
Thinking about
How to balance everything I'm doing. And also, how to figure out when I should drop something or not.
Whether I should pursue music more. The answer is probably not, but my vocal teacher is very sad about this and I don't like making her sad.
How to make the most of my time left in university. In the same vein, how much time I should spend in university.
Listening to
The Afghan Whigs. Qobuz suggested them, and I've been pretty into it!
A little bit of Grateful Dead.
Still Olivia Rodrigo. I've also noticed my listening habits often decreasing once I'm back in school, I'm trying to keep this from being the case.
